This Privacy Policy explains how Makaresoft ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you use the Doğrusu Ne? mobile application (the "App") on iOS and Android. By using the App, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number or location through the App.
Scores, settings, your progress (level, streak, badges, daily puzzle results) and the quizzes you create are stored locally on your device. We do not run any servers that receive your game data.
2. Playing together and sharing
Rooms ("Aynı Anda Oyna") work without an internet connection to our servers: the room code only tells each phone which questions to show. When you share an invite or a quiz, the App opens your device's share sheet and the message is sent only by the app you choose (for example WhatsApp or Messages). A shared quiz is contained in the link or code itself.
Invite links open a page on makaresoft.com that reads the room code or quiz from the link in your browser to open the App. This page does not store or send that information anywhere.
If you allow notifications, the App schedules a daily reminder on your device. Reminders are created locally by your phone; no data is sent to us to deliver them.
3. Third-party services
The App uses the following third-party services, which may collect information such as device identifiers, IP address, device model and usage data in accordance with their own privacy policies:
- Google AdMob — advertising, including Google's consent form for users in the EEA and UK (Privacy Policy)
- Apple App Store / Google Play — distribution
On iOS, we ask for your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before any data is used for personalized advertising. You can change this at any time in your device settings, and you can review your ad consent choices from the "GİZLİLİK" button in the App where it is shown. On Android, you can reset or opt out of your advertising ID in your device settings.
4. How we use information
Any information collected through the services above is used only to show advertisements and measure their performance, which keeps the App free. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Children's privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
6. Data retention and deletion
Data stored on your device is removed when you delete the App. To request deletion of any data held by our service providers, email [email protected].
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or KVKK), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
